Recruiting Financial Advisors
Background
Grandtag Financial Canada Inc. is a rapidly expanding financial consultation agency aimed at
providing innovative while suitable and comprehensive financial solutions to its clients.
To this end, the Candidate shall develop personal financial plans and strategies for clients
covering asset management, finances, insurance coverage, investments, retirement and
estate planning, taxes and legal matters. In this regard, possessing a valid life insurance license
is mandatory as the Candidate also needs to arrange for the purchase and sale of financial
products and investments so as to execute the stated plans. Training will be provided to
qualified Candidate to meet industrial requirements.
The clientele of Grandtag spreads across different backgrounds and understanding the relevant
cultures and being able to converse in multiple languages will be a valuable asset.
Potential
The Candidate will find great growth potential as well as job satisfaction in this position. In
addition to helping clients achieve their financial goals, the Candidate’s own business portfolio
will expand alongside that of the company’s. The skills and experience gained will further
enhance the Candidate’s entrepreneurial vision so as to improve his/her career prospect.
This position is 100% commission based, with the potential to earn up to $200,000 in annual
commission.
Requirements:
Candidates who possess a valid life insurance license are preferred. Unlicensed candidates, if
found eligible, will also receive investment and insurance training, as well as supervision by
members of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) that will serve as a solid basis for obtaining
a life insurance license and developing his/her own business.
Proven track record on customer relations management, including understanding the client’s
culture and financial needs
Candidates must be comfortable in a technology dependent environment
